The initial process is completed in phases. Phase 1) Engage in a 1-hour Discovery Call, conduct a team assessment, perform individual interviews to evaluate the organizational needs. Phase 2) Based on the data from Phase 1, we will recommend an action plan that best supports your business and team goals. The action plan could include an à la carte service, or a comprehensive solution. Phase 3) Together, we will implement the desired services and solutions. Phase 4) After 6 months, we will evaluate the implementation and assess any changes that have occurred.

An à la carte service is a specific product or service. For example, creating or revising an employee handbook is considered an à la carte service and you would pay per product. However, a comprehensive solution is an ongoing partnership which serves to streamline your human capital processes. For example, our recruiting solutions and our coaching programs are considered comprehensive solutions and are priced at a monthly rate.

Yes and no. Yes, we will have you sign a contract for the services with Core Consulting; however, you can terminate the services or partnership at any time. As a partnership, this will be a ongoing contract where we can shift, change, and scale services and solutions as needed.

For best results, we do recommend a 6-month trial period to truly see the impacts of our partnership.

Core Consulting is a fully remote boutique consulting firm. We will use virtual platforms to connect. However, we do offer in-person options and travel packages for a variety of our services and solutions depending on location and desire.
